Great customer service every time i visit. the halibut is always on point. Fried to perfection, full of flavor. The fries are one of the best I’ve had with a fish and chips basket!

The food is amazing! Best chowder I've had in Portland! And the salmon?! So good! Service was amazing and we'll definitely be coming back!

Eminently friendly couple serving up some fresh, tasty, crispy fried halibut and chips. My wife and I split a 4-piece which, at 40 a basket, we hoped would be enough to fill us up. Thankfully, the halibut pieces were not only massive, they were also tender, flaky, juicy and piping-hot! Among the best in the city, if you ask me! Additionally, the Piedmont Station food cart pod is probably the most aesthetic in Portland, and has a solid variety of dining options. Although we initially came here to try another cart, which was closed outside of their posted operating hours, their loss is Halibut's gain (and ours)! Great spot to grab a pint in a nearby beer cart, and get yourself some truly delicious fish and chips. Don't forget the chowder! I could eat a gallon of that chowder. Nice and crispy batter on the fish, fries are as they should be. Friendly staff! Will be back!

This was my first time and oh I can't wait to go again!! Perfect batter and cook. Not gummy just a light crisp. I had the halibut and it was delicious. The fries were great too.

Such a great spot. The food is exceptional. The tempura is perfection! Best part? You can grab a beer from the nearby beer barn and wander the food carts while you wait. Great covered, open air, central patio and live music on occasional weekends. This spot never disappoints!

This is tucked away in a food truck park in Portland. Can be a little sketchy, but we parked across the street and walked around. The halibut is a must try, but they are weighed and we got 2 pieces which one was more of a nugget. It’s a little pricey, but totally worth it. They give you a buzzer so as long as you stay in the vicinity, you’ll be able to know when your food is done. My husband and I walked around, got our food and went to the car. We realized they didn’t give us our coconut prawn (store bought). When my husband went back the lady who showed up after we had already ordered our food was really rude to him. Complaining about every little thing and asking why the other gentleman had to give us the food as if we didn’t pay for it. She definitely treated him as if he was just another person looking to get free food. I will note that the gentleman who took our order was personable and very informative. For this reason, we probably would go back, but if the lady is there, ruuuuunnnnn.
